Job summary

Primary Health Medical Group in Idaho is seeking MA/LPN/RN professionals who bring compassion, clinical skills, and teamwork to a busy practice.

You will assist in examinations, perform phlebotomy, prepare rooms, manage specimens, document care, and support front office operations while maintaining HIPAA safeguards.

The role offers full-time hours, pay starts at $18.25 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family.

Qualifications

Completion of a nationally accredited MA program (EMT certification and experience considered)
LPNs and RNs must have a current Idaho nursing license
Venipuncture skills required
Customer service-oriented attitude and ability to work with patients and peers
Computer proficiency and ability to use required software

Responsibilities

Assist in examination and treatment under provider direction
Provide clinical triage and patient communication per protocol
Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize, and check equipment
Perform basic laboratory tests and prepare specimens
Perform phlebotomy and proper specimen labeling/distribution
Support back office with patient flow, paperwork, and customer service
Document encounters and interventions accurately
Relay provider instructions to patients
Assist with non-direct patient care tasks (autoclaving, stocking, scanning)
Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and assist in emergencies
