Job summary

The IMA Group is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Case Manager (RN) to provide field-based Workers' Compensation case management throughout the Denver metro area. This 1099 independent contractor role offers autonomy, flexible scheduling, and meaningful impact on recovery and return-to-work outcomes.

Responsibilities include coordinating treatment, communicating with stakeholders, and developing return-to-work plans, while managing your own caseload with dedicated administrative support.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Colorado RN license is required.
• Minimum 3 years of Workers' Compensation field case management experience.
• Ability to travel throughout the Denver area and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Attend medical appointments and provide onsite field-based case management.
• Coordinate treatment plans with physicians and healthcare providers.
• Communicate with adjusters, employers, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor patient progress and identify barriers to recovery.
• Develop and support return-to-work plans for injured workers.
• Prepare timely, detailed case reports and documentation.
• Manage caseload across the Denver metro area.
