Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and PI license if applicable.
• Dependable, able to meet deadlines and work with limited supervision.
• Experience with surveillance and SIU investigations; strong writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to case manager instructions and complete surveillance as assigned.
• Conduct investigations including surveillance, statements, and document collection.
• Prepare timely written notes and submit videotaped results, photos and recordings.
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate progress regularly with the case manager.
