Job summary

NWM Risk Management is seeking Residential Construction Inspectors to visit various residential sites, capturing progress photos through a mobile app. This is a flexible, part-time 1099 role with assignments as projects arise and the potential for Washington-region work.

You will travel to sites, photograph interiors and exteriors, and promptly submit images to the reporting team. A reliable device and transportation are essential for timely inspections.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule; inspections assigned as needed with short notice.
• Reliable transportation to travel to inspection sites.
• Smartphone or tablet required; must run the Pruvan app and be within 5 years old.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, condos).
• Take interior and exterior photos via the smartphone app to document progress.
• Submit photos through the app to the report writing team.
• Communicate availability and scheduling needs promptly.
• Ensure inspections are completed within 24–48 hours of assignment.
• No written reports required; focus on photo documentation.
