Job summary

Art of Drawers Kansas City is seeking energetic Design Associates who excel at reading people, making recommendations, and solving problems behind the bar or in customer service. No design degree required; you will help clients solve storage frustrations with custom solutions during in-home visits.

You’ll earn $80-$120/hour plus up to 18% commission, plus monthly bonuses. 90% field work, flexible schedule, 50% product discounts. Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients at their homes to assess storage needs.
