Job summary

The Salvation Army Great Falls Corps is seeking a part-time, non-exempt Maintenance/Janitor to keep the facility clean and safe. The role involves janitorial tasks, light maintenance, and setup/tear-down for activities under the Youth Center Director/Business Administrator.

Responsibilities include cleaning bathrooms, gym floors, kitchens, and outside grounds, conducting daily walk-throughs, and ensuring supplies. Schedule is Monday–Friday, in person at Great Falls Corps.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of janitorial cleaning and procedures.
• Follow all TSA/OSHA safety policies including awareness of safe lifting, chemical products, etc.
• Capable of following verbal and written communication in the English language.

Responsibilities

• Front entry area: keep glass clean.
• Bathrooms: clean toilets, urinals, sinks; empty trash; ensure soap and paper supplies; deep clean as scheduled.
• Gym/floors: janitorial duties; sweep, mop, buff, vacuum; stage gym setups as directed.
• Outside grounds: snow removal, ground maintenance, litter cleanup, field setup for games.
