Job summary

Quality Service Recruitment Limited is seeking compassionate Carers for an immaculately dressed care home in Ohio. You will join a well-established team delivering high-quality personal care to elderly residents, including those with dementia and Parkinson’s disease, with empathy and respect.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 months of care experience, a DBS dated within the last 6 months or sponsorship, up-to-date mandatory training, and a two-year referenceable work history.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 months experience in a care environment.
• DBS dated within the last 6 months or facility to sponsor one.
• All mandatory training up-to-date; certificates preferred.
• Referenceable work history covering past 2 years.
• No sponsorships for visa requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care, ensuring comfort and hygiene with dignity.
• Follow individual care plans to meet residents' physical and emotional needs.
• Complete daily paperwork, logs, and reports for continuity of care.
• Collaborate with care team professionally and effectively.
