Job summary

Hireology is seeking dedicated caregivers in Ohio to support elderly clients and those recovering from surgery or injury. You will provide personal care, mobility assistance, meal preparation, and companionship in a one-on-one setting.

Responsibilities include medication reminders, light housekeeping, and safe transportation. Flexible shifts; paid training; opportunities for growth in a compassionate team.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, patience, kindness, empathy, and time management required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work nights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene assistance and help with daily living activities.
• Remind clients to take medications and assist with ambulation.
• Assist with mobility around the house or outside, and accompany to appointments.
• Prepare meals and help with physical therapy exercises as needed.
• Complete shopping or accompany clients to run errands.
• Perform housekeeping duties and report any unusual incidents.
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
• Offer activities essential for daily living and companionship.
