Job summary

Sunny Days Early Childhood Developmental Services in California seeks Speech Therapists to provide home-based Early Intervention services for infants and toddlers. You’ll work with families, follow IFSPs, and deliver services in homes, daycare, and community settings, with virtual options available.

Qualifications

• California Speech Language Pathology license required.
• Pediatric early intervention experience preferred.
• Spanish bilingual ability a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide speech therapy using the Parent Coaching Model.
• Follow IFSPs and work with families to set developmental goals.
• Use family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence and generalize progress.
• Provide services in the child’s natural environment, homes, daycare, and community settings; virtual services available.
• Provide re-assessments and write progress reports bi-annual.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
