Qualifications

• 2 years Emergency Department RN experience
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications
• Active RN license in state(s) where nursing is provided

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Uses nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care; engages patients and families.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team to influence outcomes.
• Upholds a culture of safety and adheres to ethical practice.
• May administer medications, treatments, and therapies as per protocols.
