Penfield Children’s Center is seeking a dedicated Substitute Teacher to support our Early Head Start and Head Start classrooms. This role requires maintaining a warm, safe environment for young children and adapting to various classroom needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschool-age children.
• Bilingual skills in English & Spanish are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance with Head Start Program Performance Standards.
• Assist with maintaining a clean and safe classroom environment.
• Provide active supervision of children at all times.
