Job summary

ASG Home Care in New Jersey is hiring Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings. You will work one-on-one to promote independence and daily living success, following each client’s ISP.

We offer flexible hours and local cases throughout New Jersey, with consistent scheduling and a supportive team. CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it is required, and a valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Prior caregiving or DSP experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized home and community-based support.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.
• Encourage independence and community participation per ISP.
• Document services and communicate with care team.
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with individuals supported.
