Job summary

ASG Home Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities throughout New Jersey.

As a DSP, you will work one-on-one with clients in home and community settings, following each person’s ISP to promote independence and daily living success. We offer flexible hours and local cases across the state to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.
• Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client's ISP.
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team.
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support.
