Job summary

Help at Home is hiring Direct Support Professionals in Mississippi to provide one-on-one in-home and community support for individuals with developmental disabilities. The role offers $14–$16 per hour with weekly pay and flexible scheduling.

As a DSP, you will help clients with daily living skills, accompany them to activities, document progress, and collaborate with a supportive team to promote independence and dignity.

Qualifications

• Assist individuals with daily living skills in home and community.
• Complete required background check and training.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Compassion, reliability, and desire to help others.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities.
• Assist with daily living activities (cooking, cleaning, personal care, transportation).
• Encourage participation in social and community activities.
• Document care, activities, and progress accurately.
• Communicate with team to ensure consistent, quality support.
