Job summary

Flagstar is hiring Direct Care Workers to support residents in Community Group Homes. You will assist with daily living tasks, personal care and transportation to activities, delivering compassionate, patient-centered support.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid Certification from an In-Person Course.
• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to Communicate Effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care services regarding hygiene, grooming, feeding, supervision of daily activities and transporting to medical appointments/community events.
• Independently manage between 1 and 6 group home residents per shift.
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment.
• Daily reporting of resident activity.
