Job summary

Flagstar Nursing is seeking compassionate Direct Care Workers to assist residents in Community Group Homes, providing daily living support and personal care. As a DCW you will help with hygiene, grooming, meals, and transportation to appointments while monitoring residents' wellbeing.

We offer flexible scheduling (days, evenings, nights, weekends), weekly pay with direct deposit, 24-hour on-call support, insurance options, PTO, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid Certification from an In-Person Course.
• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to Communicate Effectively.
• Reliable Transportation to worksite location.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care services regarding hygiene, grooming, feeding, supervision of daily activities and transporting to medical appointments/community events.
• Independently manage between 1 and 6 group home residents per shift.
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment.
• Daily reporting of resident activity.
