Job summary

Flagstar is hiring Direct Care Workers to support residents in Community Group Homes. You will provide daily living assistance, personal care and essential social support, reporting to the House Manager.

The role offers flexible scheduling across days, evenings, nights and weekends, with weekly pay, direct deposit, and 24-hour on-call support. Health benefits and PTO opportunities are available, along with employer-paid CPR/First Aid training.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification from an in-person course is required.
• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Reliable transportation to worksite location.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care services regarding hygiene, grooming, feeding, supervision of daily activities and transporting to medical appointments/community events.
• Independently manage between 1 and 6 group home residents per shift.
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment.
• Daily reporting of resident activity.
