Job summary

Flagstar Nursing is seeking compassionate Direct Care Workers to support residents in Community Group Homes with daily living tasks and personal care. You will provide essential social and emotional support and relay resident information to the House Manager.

We offer flexible scheduling (days, evenings, nights and weekends), competitive weekly pay with direct deposit, 24-hour on-call service, and insurance options. Training including CPR/First Aid is employer-paid.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification from an in-person course.
• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Reliable transportation to worksite location.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care services for hygiene, grooming, feeding and daily living activities.
• Independently manage 1–6 group home residents per shift and transport to appointments/events.
• Maintain a clean, healthy environment and daily resident activity reporting.
