Job summary

Five Star Nursing is seeking compassionate Direct Care Workers to support residents in Community Group Homes. You will assist with daily living tasks, personal care, hygiene, grooming, meals, and transportation to appointments.

We offer flexible scheduling (days, evenings, nights, weekends) and weekly pay with direct deposit. CPR/First Aid certification is required; employer-paid training, PTO and referral bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid Certification from an In-Person Course.
• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to Communicate Effectively.
• Reliable Transportation to worksite location.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care services regarding hygiene, grooming, feeding, supervision of daily activities and transporting to medical appointments/community events.
• Independently manage between 1 and 6 group home residents per shift.
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment.
• Daily reporting of resident activity.
