Job summary

Five Star Nursing’s Direct Care Workers (DCWs) in community group homes provide essential daily living support and personal care within our client sites in Westmoreland County, PA. Earn $18–$20 per hour with flexible shifts and strong employer-paid training.

We offer competitive weekly pay with direct deposit, 24/7 on-call support, and opportunities for PTO and referral bonuses. CPR/First Aid certification and valid eligibility to work in the US are required.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid Certification from an In-Person Course
• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a healthcare setting
• Ability to Communicate Effectively
• Reliable Transportation to worksite location

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care services regarding hygiene, grooming, feeding, supervision of daily activities and transporting to medical appointments/community events.
• Independently manage between 1 and 6 group home residents per shift.
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment.
• Daily reporting of resident activity.
