Five Star Nursing in Pennsylvania is seeking compassionate Direct Care Workers (DCWs) to support residents in Community Group Homes. You will assist with daily living tasks, personal care, and transportation to appointments, while documenting resident activity.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification from an in-person course.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care services: hygiene, grooming, feeding and daily activity supervision.
• Independently manage 1–6 group home residents per shift.
• Maintain a clean and healthy living environment.
• Daily reporting of resident activity and condition.
