Five Star Nursing is seeking Direct Care Workers (DCWs) to support residents in Community Group Homes around Greensburg, PA. You will assist with daily living tasks, personal care and accompany residents to appointments, ensuring comfort and safety.

We offer flexible scheduling (days/evenings/nights/weekends), competitive weekly pay with direct deposit, and benefits including health insurance options. CPR/First Aid training is employer-paid to help you grow in your role.

Formación

• CPR/First Aid Certification from an in-person course.
• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members.
• Reliable transportation to worksite location.

Responsabilidades

• Provide basic patient care services including hygiene, grooming, feeding and supervision.
• Independently manage between 1 and 6 group home residents per shift.
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment.
• Daily reporting of resident activity.
