ShelfGenie Designer designs and builds custom storage solutions during in-home consultations, delivering tailored designs and product demonstrations to clients. You will educate customers on features and benefits, guiding them to the best solution for their space.

This flexible role offers full-time or part-time options with ongoing coaching, training via ShelfGenie University, and support through a CRM system and design tools to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and excellent driving record.
• Computer and cell phone with internet access and email.
• Strong reading, writing, arithmetic, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Familiarity and comfort with modern communication and computing technology.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments and processes.
• Interest in design and helping people.

Responsibilities

• Manage and perform in-home consultations to provide a custom solution for clients.
• Educate clients on ShelfGenie products, demonstrate samples, highlight features, and sell the design.
• Deliver a fantastic customer experience including follow-up to develop strong relationships.
• Host home & garden shows, fairs, living-in-place communities events, and digital marketing.
