Job summary

RPM Pizza is hiring a Delivery Driver at 9935 E. 21st Street in Indianapolis. This part-time position offers flexible hours and a chance to be a friendly face delivering smiles to customers in a fast-paced environment.

You will perform duties including taking orders, delivering pizzas, upholding brand standards, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting inventory. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required, with good communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance or ability to drive company owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino's brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive Team environment.
