Job summary

RPM Pizza is hiring a Company Car Provided Delivery Driver to join our Indianapolis area team. This full-time role involves taking orders, delivering pizzas, and representing the Domino’s brand with a friendly, customer-focused attitude.

You will help maintain cleanliness, safety, and efficient service across shifts. We offer flexible scheduling, team member discounts, and access to benefits after qualifying hours, plus ongoing training and growth opportunities within the RPM Pizza College

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older with at least 2 years of driving experience.
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance or ability to drive company owned vehicle.
Strong communication and basic math skills.
Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
Uphold and represent RPM Pizza and Domino’s brand standards.
Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
Contribute to a positive, inclusive Team environment.
