Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania.
• CPR certification current or obtainable on hire.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PT services per physician orders and care plans.
• Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment programs.
• Assess mobility, strength, balance, and safety needs.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and progress accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals.
• Educate patients/caregivers on exercises and safety.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants as appropriate.
