A to Z Building Blocks in American Fork is hiring a caring Classroom Floater to support infants, toddlers, and preschoolers across classrooms. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, flexibility, and helping wherever needed.

You’ll work with different classrooms, benefit from paid training and growth opportunities, and enjoy a flexible schedule on weekdays with no weekends; shifts typically 6:00 AM–6:30 PM, about 20–38 hours weekly, with free meals during your shift.

• Patient, caring, and comfortable with infants and young children.
• Previous daycare, child care, preschool, nannying, or teaching experience is a plus.
• Willing to complete required child care training and certifications; background check required.

You'll support different classrooms throughout the day, primarily working with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.

Schedule

• Flexible schedule with approximately 20–38 hours per week, based on center needs
• Monday through Friday — no weekends!
• Shifts scheduled between 6:00 AM and 6:30 PM
• Hours and classroom assignments may vary throughout the week
