A to Z Building Blocks in American Fork, UT is hiring a caring Classroom Floater to support multiple classrooms, primarily infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. This role offers a flexible schedule and no weekends, with shifts between early morning and evening.

You will assist with daily routines, supervision, meals, naps, and transitions, helping teachers deliver learning activities across ages. Training is provided and growth opportunities exist within the center.

A to Z Building Blocks is hiring a caring, dependable Classroom Floater for our American Fork location! This position is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, is flexible, and loves helping wherever they're needed.

You'll support different classrooms throughout the day, primarily working with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.

Pay & Benefits

Schedule

• Flexible schedule with approximately 20–38 hours per week, based on center needs
• Monday through Friday — no weekends!
• Shifts scheduled between 6:00 AM and 6:30 PM
• Hours and classroom assignments may vary throughout the week
• Great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and flexibility

What You'll Do
