Job summary

Right at Home Fremont is hiring compassionate caregivers in the San Lorenzo area. The role includes assisting with personal care, mobility support, and companionship for clients, with flexible schedules and weekly pay. Overtime pay, training opportunities, and mileage reimbursement are offered to support caregivers.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 months caregiving experience, an active CA HCA license with PER ID, and strong English communication. TB screening and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months caregiving experience
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Must pass background check and TB screening
• Reliable transportation is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting)
• Support mobility and transfers
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with meal prep and light housekeeping
• Remind clients to take medications
• Drive or accompany clients to appointments or errands
• Monitor and report changes in client conditions
• Follow personalized care plans and communicate with team as needed
