Park View, part of the Cassia family, is hiring a self-motivated Flex Culinary Assistant in Buffalo, MN. Training is provided, no experience required, and a $1,000 bonus is offered. You will cover day and evening shifts in both the Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing facilities connected to Park View.

This full-time flex position may involve covering for prep cooks and a rotating schedule with a $18.78–$21/hour wage and a $2 shift differential. Training and benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service skills or hospitality background preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare/food service setting.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through stations: food prep, serving, dishwashing, and kitchen cleaning.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and families.
• Assist with food preparation and serving meals to residents.
