Cassia Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a part-time Culinary Assistant to join Elim Shores, a Cassia community. You will help serve meals to residents, families, and staff in a restaurant-style dining setting, with training provided for those new to healthcare food service.

The role features 3:30 pm–6:00 pm shifts at 7900 Timber Lake Dr, Eden Prairie, MN 55347, with wage range $16.68–$18.05 per hour based on experience. Join a supportive team focused on quality service and resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Prior serving/dining experience preferred; we will train.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
• Excellent customer service and hospitality skills.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and families.
• Work within the department to provide quality and nutritious meals and service to residents.
• Assist with food preparation and serving meals to residents.
• Help maintain a clean and sanitary dietary department.
• Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms.
• Assist residents, employees, and guests with a broad range of dietary needs.
