Cassia Community in Buffalo, MN, is seeking a flexible Culinary Assistant to support dining services across Park View's assisted living and skilled nursing facilities. No experience is required as training is provided, and a $1,000 bonus is offered.

The role includes day and evening shifts and opportunities to grow within a healthcare setting. Wage range $18.78 to $21 per hour, plus a $2 shift differential and comprehensive benefits for eligible employees.

Qualificações

• Previous restaurant or healthcare experience preferred but not required! We will train!
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
• Excellent customer service and hospitality skills.

Responsabilidades

• Rotate through stations: food prep, serving, dishwashing, and kitchen cleaning.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and families.
• Work within the department to provide quality and nutritious meals and service to residents.
• Assist with food preparation and serving meals to residents.
• Help maintain a clean and sanitary dietary department.
• Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms.
• Assist residents, employees, and guests with a broad range of dietary needs.
