You will work directly with a supportive team that values expertise, growth, and patient-focused care, helping to bring rehabilitation in-house with autonomy and flexibility.

Qualifications

• Educated as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) in an accredited program.
• Active Wisconsin OTA license and CPR Certification required.
• Compliance with relevant regulations and facility policies.

Responsibilities

• Guide individuals through stretches, exercises, and daily living tasks.
• Assist therapists by evaluating daily living skills and physical abilities.
• Document progress and therapy adjustments per policy and procedures.
• Provide patient, family, and caregiver education on therapy plans and consistency.
