Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) on a full-time basis to join our growing and passionate team in a SNF/long-term care setting. Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT-COTA certification (state dependent) may be required.
• Current COTA license in the state of practice.
• New grads welcome with mentorship available.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
