Mosaic, via its Soreo service, is seeking dedicated Independent Contracted Direct Care Workers to support older adults and people with disabilities in their own homes in Queen Creek, AZ.

This 1099 contract offers Autonomy and professional flexibility with scheduling based on your availability and clients' needs. Compensation is location-based and paid per visit.

You will ensure safety and daily living support while meeting Arizona provider requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must meet Arizona state provider requirements, including a background check and Class 1 Fingerprint Clearance.
• Ability to complete state-mandated training courses.

Responsibilities

• Goal achievement by helping clients define personal milestones to improve daily life.
• Daily living support including companionship, meal prep, grooming, laundry, and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and support safety, nutrition, and personal care needs to ensure wellbeing.
