Job summary

Mosaic is looking for dedicated Independent Contracted Direct Care Workers to support older adults and individuals with disabilities in Arizona. This flexible 1099 contract role allows you to design your own schedule based on your lifestyle and the needs of the individuals you serve. Key responsibilities include providing daily living support, monitoring safety and wellness, and fostering an inclusive environment. Ideal candidates have great time management skills, are committed to inclusion, and can communicate effectively.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must meet all Arizona state provider requirements, including a comprehensive background check.
• Ability to complete all state-mandated training courses.

Responsibilities

• Support people in defining their own goals and provide guidance to reach milestones.
• Provide emotional companionship and assist with essential household tasks.
• Monitor the medical, nutritional, and personal care needs of those served.
