Soreo, a service of Mosaic, is seeking dedicated Independent Contracted Direct Care Workers to support older adults and people of all ages with disabilities in their own homes. This 1099 contract opportunity offers autonomy, flexibility, and a schedule designed around availability and client needs, with compensation based on location.

As a contractor, you will coordinate visits, provide daily living support, and monitor wellness while maintaining high standards of compassion and reliability.

Qualifications

• Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Compliance: Must meet all Arizona state provider requirements, including a comprehensive background check and Class 1 Fingerprint Clearance.
• Training: Ability to complete all state-mandated training courses.

Responsibilities

• Provide emotional companionship and assist with essential household tasks, including meal preparation, grooming, laundry, and light housekeeping.
• Monitor the medical, nutritional, and personal care needs of those you serve to ensure their well-being is being met.
• Create an environment where people can learn, grow, and discover; support goal achievement and daily living.
