Job summary

Mosaic's service Soreo is seeking independent contracted Direct Care Workers to support older adults and people with disabilities in their homes across Arizona. This 1099 opportunity offers autonomy to design your schedule and coordinate visits based on availability and need.

As a contractor, you provide daily living support, companionship, and monitor well-being while meeting state requirements and delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must meet Arizona state provider requirements, including a comprehensive background check and Class 1 Fingerprint Clearance.
• Ability to complete all state-mandated training courses.

• Goal Achievement: Support people in defining their own goals and provide guidance to reach milestones that improve daily life.
• Daily Living Support: Provide emotional companionship and assist with meal prep, grooming, laundry and light housekeeping.
