Job summary

NWM Risk Management is seeking contractors to perform on-site inspections for residential and commercial construction within a 25-mile radius of Bayfield, CO 81122. You will photograph properties using a smartphone app, submit images to the team, and coordinate schedules.

No report writing is required; payments are made per project after approval. Ideal for retirees, students, or those seeking supplemental income with flexible, part-time hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum years of experience: Any (no prior experience required).
• Flexible schedule: Inspections are assigned as needed with short notice.
• Reliable transportation required to travel to inspection sites.
• Device requirement: Smartphone or tablet compatible with the Pruvan app.
• Basic construction knowledge is a plus.
• PPE gear: Closed-toe shoes, long pants, safety vest required.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, condos).
• Take interior and exterior photos using the mobile app to document progress.
• Submit photos through the app to the report writing team.
• Communicate your availability and scheduling needs promptly.
• Ensure inspections are completed within 24–48 hours of assignment.
