Qualifications

• 4-6 years of substantive complex litigation experience.
• J.D. with excellent academic credentials.
• Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; must become licensed in North Carolina within one year.

Responsibilities

• Work with litigators on a broad array of complex disputes across multiple areas.
• Develop case strategy from pre-suit investigations to trial or arbitration.
• Manage discovery, drafting pleadings, and motions.
• Assist with hearings, mediations, and trials; support senior attorneys.
• Conduct first-chair depositions and related proceedings as appropriate.
• Communicate with clients on case status and risk assessment.
• Collaborate across practice groups to address multifaceted issues.
• Grow through mentorship and increasing responsibility.
