Job summary

Papa, Inc. is seeking a part-time Companion Caregiver (Papa Pal) in Gresham, OR to provide friendly company and assistance around the house for older adults and families. You will help with errands, transport, and daily activities, with a focus on safety and compassionate care.

The role offers flexible hourly visits (2-4 hours typical), mileage reimbursement for transportation, and the use of a mobile app to schedule visits. Compensation is up to $17.00 per hour plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Valid U.S. issued driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Pass a background check and motor vehicle report.
• Proof of valid vehicle insurance with your name on the policy.
• Access to a smartphone.
• Access to a vehicle [VEHICLE_YEAR] or newer.
• Kind-hearted, patient, caring and reliable.
• No prior caregiving experience required.
• Available to work 2 or more hours per week.

Responsibilities
