Papa, Inc. in Forest Grove, OR is seeking part-time companion caregivers (Papa Pals) to provide companionship and light assistance to older adults and families through our mobile app.

You will choose your own schedule with typical 2–4 hour visits, earning up to $17.00/hr plus bonuses. Mileage reimbursement is available depending on location and availability.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Valid U.S. issued driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Able to pass a motor vehicle report.
• Proof of valid vehicle insurance with your name on the policy.
• Access to a smartphone.

• No prior healthcare or caregiving experience required.

Compensation & Benefits

Earn up to $17.00/hr with bonuses. Mileage reimbursement is available for transportation visits, depending on location and availability.
