Job summary

Papa, Inc. is seeking compassionate caregiver partners (Papa Pals) to provide part-time companionship and practical help to seniors and families. You’ll assist at the home, run errands, provide transportation, and share friendly company.

Earn up to $13 per hour with bonuses. Flexible scheduling via a mobile app; most visits are 2–4 hours. A driver’s license, English, and pass a background check are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and basic assistance to seniors and families.
• Help around the house, run errands, and provide transportation as needed.
• Maintain a friendly, patient, and caring presence with clients.
