Job summary

Papa, Inc. in Salem, OH is hiring part-time companion caregivers (Papa Pals) to provide friendly companionship and assistance to older adults and families. The role is flexible, can be done on your own schedule, and pays up to $15.00 per hour.

You’ll gain mileage reimbursement, bonuses, and a flexible schedule via the mobile app; a driver’s license, English proficiency, and the ability to work in the United States are required.

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older.
• Communicate in English.
• Valid U.S. issued driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Pass a background check and a motor‑vehicle report.
• Proof of vehicle insurance with your name on the policy.
• Access to a smartphone.
• Access to a vehicle or newer.
• Kind-hearted, patient, and caring personality.
• Available to work at least 2 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and friendly company to older adults.
• Assist with light household tasks and errands.
• Help with transportation as needed.
• Support families with general assistance.
