Job summary

Rehab Without Walls, a national neuro rehabilitation provider, seeks a full-time Occupational Therapist to deliver home and community OT services across Salt Lake City, Ogden and Provo. You will work with patients to improve daily living skills and independence.

Requirements include a bachelor’s in OT, an active OT license, CPR certification, and at least one year of experience; strong communication and teamwork are essential for collaborating with caregivers and the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted OT license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year’s work experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Demonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological diagnoses preferred.
• Communicates effectively in verbal and written interactions.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds; lifting up to 100 pounds with safety procedures.
• Duties require fine motor skills, visual acuity, and walking/standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized occupational therapy services in home and community settings.
• Help patients improve independence with daily living activities, cognitive skills, and community participation.
• Develop and implement goal driven treatment plans.
• Collaborate with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve meaningful outcomes.
• Support community reintegration and functional success in real world environments.
