Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in Utah is hiring an Occupational Therapist to join a team serving Provo, Salt Lake City, and Ogden. You will evaluate clients, develop and adjust treatment plans, and discharge planning with home/community focus. The role emphasizes autonomous work within a collaborative therapy team and experience with complex neurological cases is preferred.

Full-time, on-site. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in OT, current OT license, CPR certification, and 1 year

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in OT from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted OT license by the practicing state.
• CPR certification and at least 1 year OT experience.
• Experience with complex neurological diagnoses preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and attend meetings.
• Conduct discharge evaluations and make home/community safety recommendations.
• Communicate needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to optimize patient outcomes.
