Qualifications

• Two (2) years’ experience in a residential setting preferred.
• CNA/GNA Certification preferred.
• CPR and First Aid Certifications preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care such as toileting, feeding, hygiene, as needed.
• Assist with daily living skills such as meal planning, shopping, grooming, job skills, home maintenance and cleaning.
• Assist and model good hygiene, dress, and social interaction in home, community, or work settings.
• Coordinate scheduling and transportation to community events, worksites, and appointments.
• Complete daily documentation including Caretracker data, medication, and behavioral charting.
