Job summary

The Arc Northern Chesapeake Region in Belcamp, MD is seeking a part-time Personal Support Coach-DSP to help individuals live with dignity in their homes and community. You will provide daily living support, document care activities, assist with transportation and scheduling, and promote person-centered plans in accordance with agency and state guidelines.

Requirements include a High School diploma, 2 years in a residential setting preferred, and preferred CNA/GNA, CPR and First Aid

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years’ experience in a residential setting preferred.
• CNA/GNA Certification and CPR/First Aid preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uphold mission by empowering people supported to live, work and thrive.
• Assist with personal care (toileting, feeding, hygiene) as needed.
• Assist with daily living tasks including meal planning, shopping, grooming, and home maintenance.
