Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania CNA certification or LPN license.
• CPR (for LPNs)
• Minimum 6 months of skilled-nursing, long-term care, or related experience for CNAs
• Minimum of 1 year of skilled-nursing, long-term care for LPNs
• Punctual, reliable, and deeply resident-centric
• A positive, hard-working, and caring attitude

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality, routine daily care (personal hygiene, nutrition, taking vitals, and safe patient transfers).
• Collaborating with facility teams to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.
• Communicating key updates and reporting observations directly to your supervisor.
