Job summary

Well-Staffed LLC is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Kansas to provide direct patient care under licensed staff and follow care plans. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor vitals, and help maintain a safe, respectful environment for residents.

The role requires a current Kansas CNA certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with the care plan and facility policies.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Take vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with mobility and transfers of residents.
• Serve meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Document care provided and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff.
